Attendance policy: Rearranging lessons in tightly packed studios creates hardship for our teachers. Students are permitted only one make-up lesson for their own absence or conflict per session to be scheduled during the designated make-up (MU) date or at a time the teacher and student agree. Teachers are simply unable to accommodate multiple make-up or rescheduling requests. Additional make-ups or refunds will be afforded, however, for lessons impacted by weather cancellation or teacher absence. If a student cancels or misses an arranged make-up lesson, it will not be rescheduled and no refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
